Dedun was founded in Chennai in 2022 by Sunil and Ranjth.
Starting from a small studio in Redhills with a team of two, we grew steadily on the strength of referrals. Our first clients in Tamabaram told their friends. Those friends told their neighbours. That word-of-mouth is still how most of our clients find us today.
Today Dedun is a team of, designers, engineers and craftsmen who have built or transformed over 4 successfull homes across Chennai — Tambaraam, OMR, Velachery.

Dedun Founded
Sunil and Ranjith started Dedun from a small studio in Redhills with one belief: every family deserves a home designed with the same care as a luxury villa.
First Villa Completed
Our first full ground-up villa in Adyar — a 3BHK for a young family — set the standard for everything that followed. They referred three more clients in the first year.
Interior Design Wing Launched
Priya Menon joined as Head of Interiors, expanding Dedun into full fit-out projects for apartments and existing homes across Chennai.
50th Home Milestone
Completed our 50th home — an ECR beach villa — and celebrated with the families who made it possible. Expanded to a team of 25.
